46% Aviat (Christen) Eagle – Short Kit

 

The Christen Eagle from SMD was released in late 2018, Like the full size Aircraft the Christen Eagle shares the same base platform as the amazing Pitts challenger , However due to the larger wing span this model delivers a very different & relaxed flying experience, Its designed more for scale aerobatic Flying rather than 3D (But can do it), As the Eagle has rounded wing tips it does slow down the roll rate for a docile flying model, That is very enjoyable.

As the Christen Eagle shares the same platform as our 44% Challenger , The Christen Eagle also received the major design overhaul in 2022, The Focus was to make it welcoming to the Novice giant scale builder & Much attention was given to the wings to utilize as much interlocking components as possible to allow a fast and accurate wing building experience.

There is over 100+ updates / Changes in the 2022 revision of the model that brings it inline with the new developments in design and constructions techniques.

The Christen Eagle is the perfect relaxed flying model that is very lovely to fly.

Please note: As each kit is normally manufactured to order, please allow 2-6 weeks for Manufacture and shipping dispatch, With the wood kit being manufactured and shipped first and then Composite parts to follow shortly after
